Welcome to my Yahoo Messenger Skins section. I trying to add to the collection as much as possible,
so please check back often*. These pages are quite graphic intense and may take a short while to
download - please be patient! I will limit it to 9 skins per page. Click on the links below to take
you to the section that takes your fancy! Click on the screenshot to download the zip file. Then
click on Index to return here. The skins are made by myself using Paint Shop Pro 7 and are free to
download. Please do not add them to any other skin collection without first obtaining my written
consent, or try to claim them as your own work.
Once you have downloaded the zip file, install them into the following path:
C:/Program Files/Yahoo/Messenger/Skins/nameoffolder (the last folder will be one that you have
created for the particular file you download). Each skin has its own folder. If you like my skins,
drop me a line and tell me, and tell your friends to drop by!
NB: Please note that these skins were made for the older versions of Yahoo Messenger, and the buttons
will not show up on versions 5 and onwards. You will just see the background image and the offline/online
user icons. I would like to think that I will have the time to upgrade all of the ones I have made already
to be versatile enough for the newer versions. But there just aren't enough hours in the day, so for now,
I will not be making any adjustments. Any new skins I make, will be for 5.5 onwards.
